Skinny leaves!
Look at how these plants look almost like Drosera capensis (especially Drosera capensis 'Red'). Yes, these really are plants in the wild. That red pigmentation is an indication that these plants are growing well, in bright sunlight. These are not etiolated plants, but instead are long-and-skinny-leaved, Californian Drosera anglica.
