Sarracenia minor
Ironically, just about 10 meters from the hybrid, I found the real deal---S. minor. (Later, back in California, I saw photos Randy had taken, also of S. minor.)

It might seem that it would be simplicity itself to find this plant, but notice that the plant is shorter than the wiregrass clumps surrounding it. You can walk right by the plants and not see them--the specimen above is particularly visible because it was on the edge of the drainage; I selected it for portraiture precisely because it was so visible.
