What the....?
Meanwhile, I documented this odd little sprawling puzzle. Any idea of what it is? If not, I'll tell you later. Oh, I can see a few D. rosulata rosettes and even a few reddish leaves of D. menziesii in this picture, too. Ooh, there's also a nice Stylidium in there!

It took me a little longer to take this photograph than I had expected, because the wind was picking up and plants were starting to wave in the wind a lot. It took a lot of patience to wait for that magic moment when I could press the shutter button. I could hear the others calling to each other about things they were finding, so I was getting antsy to join them.
