Another plant at this collection was
Sarracenia flava var. ornata, originally from Florida (I
would guess). Quite lovely.
After
taking the picture, I could resist my wandering urges no longer. I jumped
in my rental car (oops, more mud stains)
and sped away, heading south to see native
Virginia Sarracenia flava.
