Dancing!
I found this interesting specimen growing in the stream-bed. The two vertical leaves look like a pair of dancers.

Just to send a chill down your spine, let me point out that the huge pile of soil behind it, rising to the top-left of the photograph was a huge, mother-of-all fire ant nests!

We treated this plant with caution.

After this, I thought I had finished my photography at the site. I amused myself by idly exploring the network of boggy streams.

And then, I discovered this...
