A plant's view:
I usually do not like to photograph plants from straight overhead as I did in the preceding Drosera pygmaea images. While overhead perspectives portray the plants from a common viewing orientation, the results are pretty dull and lifeless. I prefer lateral perspectives because they show the plant from, well, from their perspective. Perhaps you agree with me in thinking that from this viewpoint the plant has more personality?

Aren't those inflorescences graceful?
